1. You are required to utilise the following nameservers if you wish for our server to manage your domain on your behalf (in which can be managed via Plesk):
Nameserver One - ns1.plesk.oxide.host (141.95.42.113 and 2001:41d0:0700:2d2d:333d::1)
Nameserver Two - ns2.plesk.oxide.host (135.125.251.80 and 2001:41d0:0700:2d2d:50a9::1)
2. You are required to utilise the following configuration settings when using our mail server, we've provided all relevant settings needed for applications of this nature:
Inbound Mail (IMAP) -
Host: plesk.oxide.host (141.95.42.112 or 2001:41d0:0700:2d2d:1132::1)
Port: 993
Username: Email Address (this is the email address you created within Plesk)
Password: Password Set (this is also set within Plesk when creating an email address)
Encryption: Required for this port (SSL), if not using encryption use port: 143
Inbound Mail (POP3) -
Host: plesk.oxide.host (141.95.42.112 or 2001:41d0:0700:2d2d:1132::1)
Port: 995
Username: Email Address (this is the email address you created within Plesk)
Password: Password Set (this is also set within Plesk when creating an email address)
Encryption: Required for this port (SSL), if not using encryption use port: 110
Outbound Mail (SMTP) -
Host: plesk.oxide.host (141.95.42.112 or 2001:41d0:0700:2d2d:1132::1)
Port: 465
Username: Email Address (this is the email address you created within Plesk)
Password: Password Set (this is also set within Plesk when creating an email address)
Encryption: Required for this port (SSL), use port: 587 (TLS) or: 25 (no encryption)
3. You are required to utilise the following configuration settings when using our database server on our Website Hosting services; this is in regards to MySQL/MariaDB:
Database Server (MariaDB/MySQL) -
Host: plesk.oxide.host (141.95.42.112 or 2001:41d0:0700:2d2d:1132::1)
Port: 3306
Username: Username Set (this is set when creating a database within Plesk)
Password: Password Set (this is also set within Plesk when creating a database)
4. You are required to utilise the following configuration settings when using our FTP server to upload or manage content on our Website Hosting services:
FTP Server (FTP) -
Protocol: FTP or FTPS (SFTP is not supported)
Host: plesk.oxide.host (141.95.42.112 or 2001:41d0:0700:2d2d:1132::1)
Port: 21
Username: Username Provided (this would have been emailed upon purchase, same login as Plesk)
Password: Password Set (this would have been emailed upon purchase, same login as Plesk)
Encryption: Optional (this is only available via FTPS, same port may be used for this)
